Shipping, refunds, and privacy for the dbuggs store.

• Shipping

  Shiprocket quotes the courier after you enter a 6-digit pincode. From the Koramangala hub that is usually 1–4 days. Pickup at the hub is free and ready the same day if you order by 4 pm.

• Refunds and returns

  Unopened gear can be returned within 7 days. Phones and laptops include a 1-year brand warranty. Ask for a return from your account after the order is placed. We note a pickup for the next business day.

• Privacy

  dbuggs keeps your name, WhatsApp number, address, and orders on this device so checkout can run. Payment is handled by Razorpay. Delivery is handled by Shiprocket. We do not sell the list.
